Mobile Compughter Solutions was incorporated on 23 MAR 2005. The President /Owner, Reginald Pugh is a  retired US
Army disabled veteran. His occupational specialty for his entire 20 plus year career was Satellite/Microwave Systems which
included installation, operation and maintenance of countless HF, VHF, UHF, SHF and EHF radio systems globally. He has
sound data networking experience stemming from the early 1990’s working with Cisco Systems routers and switches to his
present skills as a Wireless Network Architect.

Mobile Compughter Solutions focuses on Wireless to Wired Networking Design. By use of highly sophisticated automated
design tools as well as physical on site study of the customer’s requirements. Mobile Compughter Solutions is experienced at
providing world-class design and security services with any vendor’s wireless architecture.

The explosive growth of wireless networks gives the end-users of mobile devices the "always on" experience. Mobile
Compughter Solutions realizes that small, medium and large businesses have various, growing Information Technology (IT)
needs with wireless-mobility quickly rising to the top. The demand for ubiquitous access to applications and content while on
the move requires trained and certified engineering expertise. Mobile Compughter Solutions is equipped to plan, design and

The emergence of mobile WiMAX (802.16e) is poised to provide larger bandwidth to clients that will be magnitudes greater
than the current range of mobile networks like 3G (3rd Generation/ Cellular) and 802.11 (Wireless Local Area Network).
This will enable the end-user to stay connected in places currently not serviced today. We are prepared for the migration to
4th Generation IP networks and will incorporate the standards of Mobile IP and IPv6 across the radio frequency spectrum.

equipment meeting the Department of Defense Protection Profile requirements and NIST Wireless Security Guidelines.

Wireless Administration: Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) with a broad knowledge of design and
configuration parameters for a turn-key installation, operation and optimization of small, medium and large enterprise
networks. Performs wireless site surveys to determine the requirements of the customer based on budget. We are able to
provide a scalable efficient wireless network that meets the current and future needs of clients.

Wireless Security: Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP). Strong skills in implementing secure WLANs using
Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (WIPS- WIDS) capable of tracking/locating devices that pose threats to the
security of networks. We have a solid knowledge of INFOSEC, OPSEC, and COMSEC requirements win federal agencies to
include the use of authentication and encryption methodologies compliant with federal standards.

Wireless Analysis: Certified Wireless Networking Expert (CWNE): Analytical skills in RF spectrum analysis and
troubleshooting networks not meeting the service level agreement terms. I have expertise in wireless forensics in use of
spectrum analyzers, IP scanners and vulnerability assessment tools by vendors such as  
Anritsu, Agilent, Airopeek, AirMagnet, Wireshark, etc.

Wireless SME: Experienced with of fixed and mobile wireless 4G and 3G systems to include the emerging OFDM standards
of WiMAX. Certified as a WiMAX RF Network Systems Designer. Designs Point to Point and Point to Muti-Point backhaul
radio links to provide data, voice and video for patrons.

In-depth understanding of requirements and experience for enhancing the radio frequency (RF) and the in-building cell
reception for GSM, CDMA, TDMA and den signals of patrons utilizing Verizon, T-Mobile, Cingular (AT&T), and Sprint using
Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).

Cisco Certified Network Designer (CCDA): Mobile Compughter Solutions: consults with clients and partners to provide
critical and cost effective solutions that meet the security compliance for HIPPA, SOX, DOD, etc. Mobile Compughter
Solutions has partnerships and affiliation with professional IT companies that have extensive knowledge of Accreditation and
the Common Criteria design requirements for financial, medical and other highly sensitive information agencies.

Wireless VOIP: Designs networks to handle the oversubscription and QoS requirements of mobile voice services over
wireless access points.
